Reveri Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Reveri Referral Program (the “Program”) rewards users for referring new paying members to Reveri. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • The Program is open to all Reveri users who have a valid Reveri membership in good standing.

  • Referrers and recipients must be at least 18 years old.

  • The referred recipient must be a new user who has never previously created an account with Reveri.

2. Referral Process:

  • Referrers must share their unique referral link solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing with friends or family. Any attempt to publicly post or advertise the referral link in bulk or through spam channels is strictly prohibited.

  • Referred recipients must use the referral link to purchase a membership at 50% off (applicable only to the first paid period) on Reveri’s website, buy.reveri.com.

  • Eligible memberships include Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. The referral discount cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly stated by Reveri.

3. Qualified Referrals:

A referral is deemed “qualified” if the referred recipient:

  1. Completes the purchase of a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan using the referral link.

  2. Remains an active, paying member for at least 14 days after being charged without canceling, receiving a refund, or initiating a chargeback.

4. Rewards for Referrers:

For each qualified referral, the Referrer will earn:

  • $5 for a Monthly plan purchase

  • $30 for a Yearly plan purchase

  • $100 for a Lifetime plan purchase

Rewards are issued in USD via PayPal on a monthly basis, provided that the Referrer has submitted a valid PayPal account ID and completed any verification steps required by Reveri. Failure to provide a valid PayPal account within 30 days of notification will result in forfeiture of rewards.

5. Program Modifications and Termination:

Reveri reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

6. Prohibited Activities:

  • Self-referrals or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program.

  • Referrals generated through bots, scripts, bulk email distribution, paid advertising, or any form of unsolicited communications (spam) are considered fraudulent.

  • Reveri reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards if fraudulent activity, suspected abuse of the Program, violations of these terms, or other concerns are identified.

7. Taxes:

Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards earned through the Program, as required by local laws. Reveri may request tax documentation or additional information where required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding the Program, Reveri’s decision shall be final and binding. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the United States and resolved through arbitration in [state, e.g., California], unless otherwise required by law. By participating in the Program, you agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Reveri is not responsible for any delays, errors, or technical issues that may affect the tracking or payout of rewards. Reveri is not liable for any issues arising from the failure of the Referrer or recipient to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to incorrect PayPal details.

10. Other Terms:

  • Referrals and associated rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.

  • Referral discounts for recipients apply only to the initial paid period of their selected plan. Any subsequent renewals or plan upgrades will be charged at the then-current rate without the referral discount.

By participating in the Reveri Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program. If you have any questions, please contact Reveri customer support.
