Meet David Spiegel, M.D.

David has spent 50 years researching one question: how can the mind change what the body feels? As Associate Chair of Psychiatry at Stanford School of Medicine, he has authored more than 400 research papers and helped thousands of patients find relief that other methods couldn't deliver.
