You've quit before. Then the urge came back.
Fighting a habit means fighting yourself, and you get tired before the habit does. Dr. Spiegel turns it around: not what you're against, but what you're for.
Three sentences, on your body's side.
He finds out how you respond
A short test. It tells him how your mind takes suggestion, and how to work with you.
He gives you three points to keep
"For my body, this is a poison. I need my body to live. I owe my body respect and protection." The method he has used with patients since 1970, in a state of focused attention, where it sinks in.
He works with the moment
The urge after a meal, the drink at six, the phone in bed. You rate your control before and after. Next time he asks what happened and adjusts.
Not a pill. Not meditation. Not an hour a week.
Medication
Works while you take it; side effects and dependence are the trade-off. Reveri has neither, and nothing in it asks you to change what your doctor prescribes.
Meditation
Trains you to observe what's there. Hypnosis is focused attention used to change how you relate to it. Many members do both.
Therapy
An hour a week, when you can get one. This is Dr. Spiegel's method in ten minutes, whenever the moment comes, including 3 a.m.
What the research says.

71% of members report fewer cravings after one session.

still not smoking six months after a single session of Dr. Spiegel's method, in the original 1970 study.
than counselling and common medications for quitting smoking in later trials, and stronger combined with them.
The same three sentences work for vaping, drinking and other habits. Tell him which one you're working on.
Reveri is a general wellness product. It does not treat addiction and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
Which habit?
Smoking
The original. One session, three points, since 1970.
Vaping
Same method. The device is different; the body isn't.
Alcohol
Drink less, or differently. You decide the line; he helps you hold it.
Something else? Snacking, scrolling, nail-biting. Tell him what it is.

"Are you for your body, or against it? You focus on what you're for. You're not fighting the habit, you're protecting something you need."

Straight answers.
Does hypnosis work for quitting smoking?
Dr. Spiegel's single-session method has been studied since 1970, when about one in five people who did it once were still not smoking six months later. Later trials found hypnosis at least as effective as counselling and common medications, and better combined with them.
Which habits does it help with?
Smoking, vaping, drinking, snacking, scrolling, nail-biting: anything you do on autopilot and want to stop. Tell him what it is, and he uses the same method, adapted to your situation.
What if I slip?
Some people need one session, others need ten. A slip is information, not failure. Do the session again, tell him what happened, and he works with it.
Is it willpower?
No. Willpower is fighting yourself, and that gets exhausting. The method is about what you are for, not what you are against.
