We created this session in response to the global epidemic of vaping addiction. It is increasingly clear that vaping has long-term, negative effects on our brains and bodies. Our Quit Smoking sessions are hugely popular and consistently rank in our top 3 sessions, so we have brought our members this new pathway, to help them kick a vaping habit for good.

Hypnosis to Quit Bad Habits
Hypnosis is a beneficial drug-free approach to breaking bad habits. It is likely more effective than common drugs and counseling, and can also enhance their effects when combined with those approaches. Given the effectiveness, safety, and ease of use of hypnosis, we strongly recommend it for several types of addictions such as quitting alcohol, smoking reduction, and cessation.
